A problem with an order?
Missing item
We may have sent your items in more than one parcel. We invite you to check your emails to see if your items will be delivered separately. If your order has been sent in different parcels, each delivery note will mention the items you should find inside the parcel. Be sure to check the delivery notes for each order to make sure nothing is missing.
Bad articles received
